Kid’s First Childcare Center is currently hiring dedicated, dependable teachers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are ready to commit to a role where they can grow, build relationships, and make a meaningful impact every day.

We are hiring for multiple classrooms (infant through school-age) with midday and afternoon shifts available.

Position Overview

As a teacher at Kid’s First, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel supported and encouraged to learn and grow.

What You Will Do
  •  Provide attentive, responsive care for children of various ages 
  •  Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment 
  •  Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth 
  •  Lead or assist with age-appropriate activities and learning experiences 
  •  Maintain daily routines, transitions, and classroom expectations 
  •  Use positive guidance and build strong relationships with children 
  •  Communicate with families and work collaboratively with team members 
  •  Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom

Qualifications
  •  Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred 
  •  Knowledge of child development and appropriate practices is a plus 
  •  CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) 
  •  Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements

  •  Full-time and part-time positions available 
  •  Midday and afternoon shifts currently open
